MEET LEE ANN

Lee Ann
O'Leary
MSW, LCSW, LCADC
As a psychotherapist, my mission is to provide counseling that enables you to gain personal insight, learn and increase self-compassion, and build resiliency in order to make positive, long-lasting change in your life.
Therapy provides the space needed to witness ourselves and our repetitive nature in order to break the patterns of our past and become more present today. I will guide you on a journey of self-discovery because the success of therapy relies on the ability to reflect and be introspective.
My approach is one of kindness, calmness, and understanding. I encourage you to see therapy as part of your overall health. Join me and allow the therapeutic process to guide you into balance as you discover true wellness. Through your therapeutic journey, you empower yourself to succeed in all aspects of your life.
Whether as a therapist or a mentor, I work with people of all ages who struggle with the emotional ups and downs that create anxiety and depression. The approach to tackle these challenges varies.
Prime Therapy specializes in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). DBT helps to regulate emotions and moods by teaching evidence-based skills that can support you as you navigate life with ever greater ease.
Prime Therapy offers specialized services in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR strengthens your ability to be resilient by addressing painful past experiences It allows you to move beyond them, and to address challenges and resolve the triggers from your past.
As a licensed drug and alcohol counselor (LCADC) I help people struggling with substance abuse. I am one of the founders of Clinicians for the Cause, an educational consulting service. Clinicians for the Cause was created for schools, parents, and communities to bring knowledge and awareness about the burgeoning Opiate crisis as well as the Dangers of Vaping, and the need for improved Parenting Communication.
