Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an approach that combines aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness practices, like breathing, meditation, and present-moment awareness.​​​​

The various mindfulness practices teach you how to be more present and centered within yourself.
