Saucha is a Sanskrit word for the cleanliness of the mind, body, and spirit. Our holistic approaches to mental health purify all of the systems in the body and work in tandem with your therapeutic journey.
Our team is committed to helping people find balance and peace in their lives through a variety of holistic therapies. From Reiki to sound bowl therapy, meditation, yoga, and breathwork, we offer a range of services to help clients stabilize within their therapeutic process and begin to feel better. Our group classes allow for seven (7) guests giving each practitioner the attentive instruction they deserve. All of our services are a gentle approach to finding ease in being more mindful and self-aware.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and a sense of harmony. It's used to move and restore energy throughout the body and promote deep relaxation. Reiki can be beneficial for those who suffer from insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and pain. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety and promote a positive mental state. At our Healing Center, we offer Reiki to help bring harmony and balance to our clients.

Sound Bowl Therapy
Sound Bowl Therapy at our Healing Center is a powerful and relaxing experience designed to reduce stress, improve sleep, balance hormones, and provide an overall sense of well-being. By listening to the sound of crystal singing bowls and allowing the vibration to travel through the body, clients can experience fewer mood swings and an increased ability to focus. Additionally, the sound of the singing bowls can help to balance brain waves. Our crystal singing bowls are at 432 hertz. This is the tone of nature, allowing the listener to become more peaceful, creative and calm. Even our DNA responds positively to this tone.

Yoga
At our Healing Center, we offer a variety of yoga classes to help you find deep relaxation, reconnect with your mind and body, and become more aware and conscious. Our Yin Yoga classes focus on stretching and breathing to help you become lighter and more flexible. Hatha Yoga classes are more dynamic and involve different postures and sequences to build strength and balance. All types of yoga help to create a connection between your mind and body, allowing you to relax and heal.

Meditation
Meditation at our Healing Center helps you in your journey of self-discovery and healing. Meditating is a great way to gain a new perspective on stressful situations, build skills to manage your stress, increase self-awareness, quiet the mind and focus on the present. Through meditation, you can reduce negative emotions, increase imagination and creativity, and increase patience and tolerance. Our experienced instructors offer guidance to help you learn and practice the fundamentals of meditation.

Breathwork
At our Healing Center, we offer Breathwork to help people regulate their moods and to promote overall health. Breathwork techniques involve deep breathing, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, balancing blood pressure and allowing more time in deep sleep. Breathwork has also been shown to reduce PTSD and feelings of trauma, while strengthening respiratory function and your immune system. Additionally, Breathwork helps to release stress hormones from your body, leaving you feeling centered, grounded and energized.
